The EVERLA guide

Care Guide

A little attention keeps your flowers looking their best. Start with the instructions for your particular piece, then use these gentle everyday habits.

Flowers styled in an interior

Give your flowers a gentle start.

Unpack slowly, supporting the stems and base rather than pulling on petals or delicate branches. Let the piece settle after unpacking. If the product has flexible stems, shape them gradually with both hands; do not force a rigid stem or a glued joint.

Spray, let dry, enjoy.

Cleaning permanent flowers and plants is easy with a compatible no-wipe Plant & Flower Cleaner. Spray as directed and let the piece air-dry — no wiping needed. Cleaner is sold separately.

Follow the cleaner’s label, protect the surface underneath and test a small, hidden area first, especially on delicate petals, Real Touch finishes or decorative coatings. Clean an empty vase separately using a method appropriate to its material.

A little extra protection outdoors.

For products categorized for outdoor use, we recommend a compatible UV Floral Protectant Spray, sold separately, to help preserve their color and finish. Follow the spray’s application and reapplication directions, and test a small, hidden area before treating the full piece.

Help every arrangement hold its shape.

Choose a stable vase or surface, and leave space around taller stems and delicate branches. Shape flexible stems gently, supporting them with both hands. Keep flowers clear of open flames and heat sources.

A little extra care for lights.

Switch off and disconnect an illuminated arrangement before cleaning. Keep its lights, wiring and power components dry. Follow the supplied lighting instructions and do not cover or alter electrical components.

Store without crushing.

Keep seasonal pieces in a dry place, loosely covered against dust. Support their shape and avoid placing heavy items on petals, bows or foliage. Label separate sections of an installation so it is easier to arrange them again.
