Delivery and shipping

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order. Availability, destination and the size of the pieces can affect fulfillment.

For a particular event date, an oversized piece or a custom installation, contact info@byeverla.com before ordering so we can confirm the options for your project.

Pickup in Doral

Select pickup at checkout when it is offered. Wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before travelling, and bring your order confirmation. Our showroom is at 2071 NW 112th Ave, Suite 108, Doral, FL 33172. Contact us if someone else will collect your order.

Tracking and delivery help

Your confirmation email links to your order status. Once a shipment is dispatched, the shipping email includes tracking when available. An order confirmation alone does not mean the parcel has shipped.

For damage or an incorrect delivery, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item, label and packaging. Keep the packaging while we help.
