Returns and exchanges

You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition, with its tags and packaging.

How to request a return

Email info@byeverla.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping: if your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return. For any other return, the customer pays the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exceptions

Items clearly marked final sale, custom-made arrangements and completed installation services are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Exchanges depend on availability; contact us before returning an item for an exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging while we help resolve the issue.
